Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Summer 2025 Travel Teams
Refund Policy Thank you for being a part of Madison Ducks Lacrosse Club. We are committed to providing a rewarding and enriching experience for all athletes. Please review our refund policy carefully before committing to the team. 1. Registration and Fees All registration fees and payments for the season are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the first practice (Example: if the 1st practice is September 15, refunds are no longer available starting September 1). Once you have registered and committed to the team, all fees are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. 2. Exceptions In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of management. Such circumstances may include: Serious injury preventing participation for the remainder of the season Relocation or other unavoidable circumstances Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to the management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. 3. Cancellations and Changes Games and Tournaments: No refunds will be provided for changes to the schedule, including cancellations, rescheduling, or relocation of games and tournaments. Weather Conditions: No refunds will be given due to weather-related cancellations or changes in venue. 4. Uniforms and Equipment All purchases of uniforms and equipment are non-refundable. Please ensure you order the correct sizes and quantities needed for the season. 5. Travel and Accommodations Costs related to travel, including transportation, lodging, and meals, are not provided by Madison Ducks Lacrosse Club. It is the responsibility of each family to ensure arrangements align with the team schedule. 6. Program Withdrawal Should an athlete choose to withdraw from the team for any reason, no refunds will be issued for fees paid. We encourage all families to fully consider their commitment before the season begins. 7.
