Mission + Focus

At Madison Ducks Lacrosse Club, our mission is to share our love for the game with every player and family. We strive to create an environment where young men can grow both as lacrosse players and as individuals. By building a strong ‘Flock’ of dedicated parents, players, and coaches, we aim to foster a supportive community that inspires development, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for the sport.

Our Program is focused around player development. We believe that practice time is the most important part of our program, and strives to provide high level player development at all age groups. We accomplish this by ensuring all coaching staffs be made up of NCAA athletes, and offering ample amounts of practice time centered around development of lacrosse specific skills.
